OUR PROCESS

01.

INITIAL CONTACT

  • Contact Denbuild
  • Organise meeting with client to discuss their needs, requirements and budget.
  • Client will be given a fee proposal for concept plans. 
  • Concept plan fee to be paid by client.
  • Our designer commences work.

02.

CONCEPT PLANS & CONSTRUCTION COST

  • Concept plans are developed.
  • Plans will be presented to the clients.
  • Our designer will make any necessary changes.
  • Estimated cost of the construction work will be provided to the client.
  • Acceptance fee to be paid by client.

03.

PLAN DEVELOPMENT & PREPARATION

  • Conduct site survey, house measure & soil/wind test if necessary.
  • Our designer proceeds to work on plans for council submission.
  • Meeting with client to discuss aspects of the design as plans are developed.
  • Present client with any adjustment costs.
  • Client signs preliminary agreement and 5% fee is paid.

04.

SUBMISSIONS & APPROVALS

  • Organise consultations with Interior Designer, Tile Centre, Electrical & Kitchen Centre. 
  • Organise reports required for council submission.
  • Finalise and submit council application.
  • Liaise with council on application.
  • Review council approval conditions and discuss with client.
  • Order engineers details.
  • Organise Home Warranty insurance.

05.

CONTRACT SIGNING

  • Present client with final fixed price construction costs.
  • Meeting to sign Lump Sum MBA fixed price contract.
  • Finalise construction certificate.

06.

CONSTRUCTION COMMENCEMENT

  • Organise site setup and start construction.
  • Site meetings to discuss construction progress and general issues.
  • Progress payments are made by client at set construction milestones.
  • Meetings with client at practical completion and walk through the completed project.

07.

COMPLETION

  • Client makes final payment and then takes possession of their finished home.
  • Maintenance period commences.
  • At the end of this maintenance period a completion certificate is then issued.
